For problems this severe it is recommended that the honey be used 100% pure without being diluted. Apply one drop in each eye before going to sleep. Start every other day until eye gets used to treatment, then continue using every day until reaching bottom of bottle. First few times eye might burn but this will only last 15-30 Seconds, shut eyes tight during this time and do not rinse off. Instead rubb excess onto skin around eyes since it will also help get rid of bags and dark skin under eyes.
